Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mode change system capable of preventing a large fluctuation of an indoor atmospheric pressure of a clean room in a switch operation for switching a normal air-volume operation to a small air-volume operation, and shortening an operation time of the switch operation.SOLUTION: In a switch operation, a controller 19 controls a constant air volume device 16 to temporarily stop reduction of air volume in a case when an indoor atmospheric pressure of a clean room 11 reaches an upper limit value or a lower limit value of a specified room pressure, and allows the constant air volume device 16 to restart the reduction of air volume by interrupting the stop of the air volume reduction, in a case when the indoor atmospheric pressure of the clean room 11 is lower than the upper limit value or higher than the lower limit value of the specified room pressure, in an air volume reduction process for reducing the air volume by the constant air volume device 16 during a time when the air volume of the constant air volume device 16 is switched from a normal air volume operation target air volume to a small air volume operation target air volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
