Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2968192
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts required for switching mode by transmitting spring force acting on a pinch roller arm as energizing force in the advance direction of a head plate through a mode plate.
SOLUTION: In the mode switching device for tape player, the mode plate 60 is moved integrally with the head plate 54 in the forwards/backwards operation direction of the head plate 54, and is assembled slidably in the direction orthogonally intersecting the forwards/backwards operation direction, and the engagement part 42 of the pinch roller arm 40 is engaged with the mode plate 60. The turning position of the pinch roller arm 40 is controlled according to the slide position of the mode plate 60, and the spring 43 force acting on the pinch roller arm 40 is transmitted as the energizing force in the advance direction of the head plate 54 through the mode plate 60.
