Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an automatic response to an incoming-call even when a call sound is not noticed and to store voice information by automatically turning the 2nd mode when the value of a volume of the call sound adjustment is lower than the 2nd mode setting volume value.
CONSTITUTION: A comparison means 15 compares the volume value of a volume 18 for call sound adjustment of a telephone set 1 with a volume value 14 for the 2nd mode setting. Based on the comparison result of the means 15, a control means 16 switches the 1st mode 121 to the 2nd mode 122 when the value of the volume 18 for call sound adjustment is judged to be set lower than the volume value 14 for the 2nd mode setting. A mode switching telephone set 1 switches modes and the normal speech is performed in the 1st mode 121. In the 2nd mode 122, a message is sent to an originating telephone set 2 and the information from it is stored in a memory 17.
