Abstract:
To provide a new model animal of renal insufficiency condition, a method for creating the model animal, and a method for evaluating a medicament by using the model animal of the condition.
The model animal of the renal insufficiency condition is created by directly administering an anthracycline-based antitumor antibiotic to the kidney; the method for creating the model animal; and the method for evaluating the medicament by using the model animal of the condition are also provided, more particularly, the model animal of the renal insufficiency condition is created by directly administering doxorubicin hydrochloride to the kidney.
