PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express a disease state of AML depending on an IDH1 or IDH2 genetic mutation.SOLUTION: A model mouse developing AML is made by transducing four mutated genes (NPMc, IDH2/R140Q, DNMT3A/R882H and FLT3/ITD) into a mouse bone marrow cell and then transplanting the transduced cell to a mouse.
