Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical model structuring method which is applicable to a process whose process operation conditions change with time, and to provide a plant control method which controls the operation of a plant according to a structured model.
SOLUTION: To implement the model structuring method, process data are gathered at a step S1 first. At a step S2, the gathered process data are checked to remove gathered process data which are not within a specific range as wrong data. At a step S3, deviation between the gathered process data and model data on a time-series model is computed and a time-series factor is restructured to update the time-series model. At a step S4, a parameter is set to generate a time-series model. At a step S5, optimization calculation is carried out to display future prediction. For the optimization calculation, decomposition into T-k time-series units is performed for a time t=k to T and parallel calculation is performed according to the time-series model. At a step S6, the optimization calculation result is used as a set value of a control system. At steps S7 and S8, the control system is placed in operation to perform process control and a return to the step S1 is made.
