Abstract:

To provide an unfunctionalized, functionalized or grafted olefin- cycloolefin-alkylstyrene copolymer.

The copolymer can be functionalized by functionalizing the benzyl proton of an alkylstyrene unit. The functionalized or grafted olefin- cycloolefin-alkylstyrene copolymer has excellent adhesion to a substrate, and excellent compatibility with other polymers, compared to the unfunctionalized copolymer.
