To provide a modified elastomer composition excellent in compression set, touch feeling, and injection molding appearance.SOLUTION: The modified elastomer composition contains the following components (A)-(C) and is grafted with the following component (D): (A) an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber having a density of 0.875-0.900 g/cm3; (B) a propylene/ethylene random copolymer having an ethylene unit content of 0.1-5.0 mass%; (C) an unsaturated silane compound; and (D) a peroxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
