PURPOSE: To obtain a high pile product remarkably improved in falling off of single yarn without impairing handle and drape property.

CONSTITUTION: This modified high pile product is characterized in that a loop of a ground yarn alone and a loop of a ground yarn knitting a sliver coexist and the loop of the ground alone has a structure interposed between ground yarns knitting the sliver.
