PURPOSE: To provide the title copolymer composition excellent in strength, heat resistance, etc., and suitable for automobile exterior furnishings etc., by graft-polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated silane compound with a specified olefinic block copolymer.
CONSTITUTION: Au olefinic block copolymer produced by using a stereoregular polymerization catalyst consists of 4W50 pts.wt. blocks comprising a propylene homopolymer of an MFR ≤20g/10min and a JIS K 6301 hardness A ≤95, 0W45 pts.wt. blocks comprising a propylene/ethylene binary random copolymer of an ethylene content of 3W20wt.% and 30W90 pts.wt. blocks comprising a propylene/ethylene binary random copolymer of an ethylene content of 20W90wt.%. An ethylenically unsaturated silane compound (e.g., vinyltrimethoxysilane) of the formula is graft-copolymerized with this copolymer to obtain the title copolymer composition.
