A laminate consists of (B) a release-treated substrate paper layer or a release film layer arranged in contact with at least one side of a layer composed of an adhesive modified polyolefin resin composition obtained by melting and kneading together (A) (a) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin, (b) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a radical polymerization initiator and at least one ingredient selected from (c) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a vinyl monomer having an epoxy group, (d) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a monomer having an ethylenic double bond and a silicon atom within the same molecule and (e) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a monomer having an ethylenic double bond and an acidic polar group within the same molecule.
