Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment system coupled under a thin atmosphere in which a large number of treating cells can be accepted.
The heat treatment system coupled under a thin atmosphere comprises several treating cells 14, 15, 16 linked to a horizontal plane for a common airtight chamber providing a handling means 18, 22 for transferring a load 24 from one cell to another cell. The common chamber is a cylinder 10 having a horizontal axis and at lest one end of the cylinder is arranged to receive a module 8 in the form of a cylinder-like extended part 10' coupled with an extra cell 14'.
