In this module frame for the solar cell panel constituted by combining a plurality of frames 1, 2, 3 arranged in an outer peripheral part of the solar cell panel, the frame 3 on one side among a pair of frames 2, 3 to be combined has a through hole 3-1 through which a tightening member 7 passes and the frame 2 on the other side has a channel part in which the tightening member 7 is inserted and which is formed along the frame 2. Concerning a shape of cross section crossing the longitudinal direction of the frame 2 orthogonally of the channel part, width is smaller than diameter of the tightening member 7, and length is larger than diameter of the tightening member 7.
