Abstract:

To provide a module type direct methanol fuel cell system capable of drastically reducing complexity of a system to be a problem at manufacturing.

The module type direct methanol fuel cell system includes housings 71, 72, pumps 31, 75, a fuel cell stack 10, a system control part 76 and a fuel tank 30 integrated with the housings. It also includes an integrated processing unit 80 for integrating a unit condensing water and a unit separating gas flow from liquid flow fitted in the housing, first fluid coupling units 100, 100a for guiding exhausted air and exhausted fuel from the fuel cell stack to the integrated processing unit and provided between the fuel cell stack and the integrated processing unit, a second fluid coupling unit 101 for guiding fuel mixture from the integrated processing unit back to the fuel cell stack and provided between the fuel cell stack and the integrated processing unit, and a third fluid coupling unit 102 for guiding fuel from the fuel tank to the integrated processing unit.
