Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a double inversion eccentric mass vibration force generator, to fix a vibrator force generating module to a structure, to add controllable vibration force selectively to the structure, and to reduce externally excited vibration in the structure.
SOLUTION: This generator is provided with vibration force generating modules 12 and a closed loop type servo-controller 13, each module 12 has a pair of double inversion eccentric masses 20, 21, these eccentric masses are fixed to a machine body at an interval, and variable phase vibration force with fixed amplitude is made to act on the machine body individually. These individual vibration forces F1, F2 are combined, and combined vibration force FR with controllable amplitude is made to act on the machine body. The servo- controller which received a single sine-shaped control signal is actuated, the frequency and phase of the combined vibration force are brought into agreement with the frequency and phase of a control signal, and the amplitude of the combined vibration force is made proportional to the amplitude of the control signal.
