To provide a moisture permeable sheet having the good feel, high light transmissivity and high moisture permeability.

The moisture permeable sheet is constituted by integrally laminating an air permeable film and a nonwoven fabric. The air permeable film is obtained by stretching a film, which contains 25-55 wt.% of a polyolefinic resin with a melt flow rate of 1-10 g/10 min and 75-45 wt.% of an inorganic filler, by 1.1-1.6 times at least in a uniaxial direction and the nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric made of a polyolefinic resin with a mean fiber diameter of 0.8-10 denier and a basis weight of 10-30 g/m2. The total light transmissivity of the moisture permeable sheet after integral lamination is at least 60% and the moisture permeability thereof is at least 800 g/m2.24 hr.
