To provide a moisture-permeable water-proof fabric produceable without causing problems on working environmental hygiene and problems of pollution of the atmosphere accompanied by the release of a solvent into waste water or exhaust air at the production of the moisture-permeable water-proof fabric, and obtained while suppressing the formation of holes in a polyurethane resin film when sticking a seam tape on the surface of the polyurethane resin film.
The moisture-permeable water-proof fabric has the polyurethane resin film obtained by subjecting a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition to thermoforming without a solvent, and has a softening point of 160C measured by thermomechanical analysis, at least on one surface of a fiber fabric.
