Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make into recycled paper with existing equipment by providing a moisture-proof layer comprising an undercoating layer made by an acrylic hydrophobic resin and a topcoaling layer made by an acrylic hydrophobic resin containing wax.
CONSTITUTION: A moisture-proof paper container includes a moisture-proof layer including an undercoating layer comprising an acrylic hydrophobic resin and a topcoating layer comprising an acrylic hydrophobic resin containing microcrystalline wax and/or paraffin wax, wherein the topcoating layer is formed except on a margin for pasting of the paper container. The topcoating layer comprising the acrylic hydrophobic resin containing micro-crystalline wax and/or paraffin wax contains 5 to 20wt.% of micro-crystalline wax and/or paraffin wax with respect to the acrylic hydrophobic resin (solid component). When this moisture-proof paper container is to be recycled in existing paper-making equipment, no resin component may exude onto a paper surface during heating and drying processes in a manufacturing process of recycled paper.
