Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stiffly stack and fix a sealed surface of a motor casing and a counter-sealed surface of a brush retainer by constituting a conical cup-shaped motor casing as an extended part on inside cylindrical outer cover surface of a cup-shaped motor casing and pushably arranging a counter sealed surface on the sealed surface. CONSTITUTION: A commutator motor 101 has a cup-shaped motor casing 103. The cup-shaped motor casing 103 continuously forms a sealed surface 139, constituted into a cone-shape as an extended part on a cylindrical outer cover surface of the inside. The sealed surface 139 is made to abut against a conical counter-sealed surface 143 which is arranged on a brush-retaining board 131 which can be pushed into the motor casing 103, on an inner cylindrical engaging surface 141. Thereby the sealed surface 139 of the motor casing 103 and the counter-sealed surface 143 of the brush-retaining board 131 are stacked stiffly, so that chattering noise can be prevented.
