PURPOSE: To remove moisture and water-soluble matter in a fluorocarbon liquid used as the thermoelectric body (heating or cooling medium) of an electric and electronic part.
CONSTITUTION: The moisture removing apparatus consisting of a filter 3 and the filler in the filter provided in the heating medium circulating line of an electric and electronic part 6 is formed by arranging a pair of moisture detection electrodes 2 in the moisture removing agent 1 provided in the filter. Therefore, in the moisture removing apparatus removing moisture and water-soluble matter from a non-aqueous liquid, the replacing period (that is, life) of the moisture removing agent received in the filter can be accurately and easily known and moisture can be always perfectly removed.
