PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dimensional change in a high-temperature high-humidity environment of a sheet comprising a fine fiber to which a substituent having an electrostatic and/or three-dimensional functionality is introduced.SOLUTION: A composite sheet comprises a base sheet layer comprising a fine fiber (preferably, a fine fiber to which a substituent having an electrostatic and/or three-dimensional functionality is introduced), and an inorganic layer formed on at least one side of the base sheet layer.
