Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture resistant sensor structure configured to prevent an adverse effect caused by moisture once infiltrating into a case of a sensor provided on a facility shaft of a motor or the like.SOLUTION: The moisture resistant sensor structure includes replaceable drying means 3 provided in a waterproof case 2. This makes it possible to effectively absorb a small amount of moisture that is still sucked (infiltrated) even when a waterproofing measure such as an oil seal or an O-ring is provided, thereby preventing or suppressing deterioration of a built-in sensor 1 due to moisture. An installation position of the drying means 3 is not particularly limited, but it may be provided on a terminal base 4 as shown in the drawing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
