Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a moisture separating heater for which the works of maintenance and inspection are easy.
CONSTITUTION: A moisture separating heater 1 receives its main body cylinder 3 in the body 5 of a turbine building and has auxiliary facilities such as a column base 7 for manhole installation, drain tank for the heater, etc., installed to the main body cylinder 3. The access to the vicinity of the moisture separating heater is, therefore, improved, and the works of maintenance and inspection can be made easily. Further, since it is not necessary to support the column base 7 on the floor, the quantity of the steel forms that are required can be smaller. Furthermore, during the construction the auxiliary facilities can be fitted on the main body beforehand to provide construction units, and since they can be carried in the building as units, the construction processes can be much shortened.
