Abstract:
To provide a vertical rotary injection molding machine that has a function necessary for mold changing of the vertical rotary injection molding machine, and that can reduce a cost and installation space of a mold changing apparatus for two vertical rotary injection molding machines; a mold changing apparatus; and a mold changing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a mold changing system 11 of a vertical rotary injection molding machine, in which a movable platen 17 is vertically moved to open and close a mold relative to a fixed platen 16, and a rotary table 18 for rotating and moving a mold 19 is provided on either the fixed platen 16 or the movable platen 17; and a mold changing apparatus 14 capable of changing molds A1, B1, A2 and B2 of two vertical rotary injection molding machines 12 and 13 is provided between the two vertical rotary injection molding machines 12 and 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
