To provide a creased sheet that can efficiently mass-produce a folded body, a method for producing a creased sheet, and a creasing device and mold that enable the same.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a folded sheet of the invention is for obtaining a creased sheet S from a sheet S on which the crease is not formed, and includes: a front side feeding step for feeding the sheet S with its surface facing upward toward a rotary roller 13; a front side crease forming step for forming a predetermined crease on the front side of the sheet S by a mold 14 attached to the rotary roller 13; a back side feeding step for feeding the sheet S with its back facing upward toward the rotary roller 13; a back side crease forming step for forming a predetermined crease on the back side of the sheet S by the mold 14 attached to the rotary roller 13; and a dividing step for dividing the sheet S after the back side crease forming step to obtain two creased sheets 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
