PURPOSE: To prepare a product having its fine cuts, by using a top and a bottom molds with hollow parts having various kinds of shapes, and a separating plate having through holes having shape approximately equal to that of the openings of the hollow parts and slightly narrower than the openings.
CONSTITUTION: A chocolate material in a fluid state is made to flow into the hollow parts 1 consisting of various kinds of shapes of the first bottom mold a, the separating plate C having the through holes 10 having shape approximately equal to that of the openings 4 of the hollow parts 1 and slightly narrower than the openings 4 is placed on them in such a way that the through holes 10 are engaged with the openings 4, and the hollow parts 1 consisting of various kinds of shapes of the second top mold b are placed on the plate C in such a way that the through holes are inversely engaged with the openings. They are fixed, the chocolate material in a fluid state is cooled with rotating them mildly, and it is solidified, so that decoration chocolate having the same or different shapes is prepared in the mold a and the mold b. Consequently, decoration chocolate having fine cuts is prepared.
