Abstract:
To provide a mold device capable of bending a plate-shape member made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material by using a press brake.SOLUTION: There is provided a mold device for a press brake, which is attached to a press brake 100 and has an upper mold 2 and a lower mold 3 that work together to perform bending processing to a plate-like member P. The upper mold comprises: a mounting support unit 4 supported by a movable table 103; an upper mold main body 5 in which a bending unit 6 for performing bending processing to a plate-like member is formed; and an upper mold heating unit 8 for heating the bending unit. In the upper mold, the upper mold main body is attached to a mounting base interposing through a heat insulating material 13. The lower mold 3 comprises: a support base 21 supported by a fixed table 102; a lower mold main body 22 formed with a bending groove 23 for performing bending processing to the plate-like member in cooperation with the bending unit of the upper mold on a tip side; and a lower mold heating unit 26 for heating a portion in which a groove is formed. In the lower mold, the lower mold main body is attached to the support base interposing through a heat insulating material 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
