CONSTITUTION: In a mold 1 for foam molding integrally bonding a pad material composed of a foamable synthetic resin and the trim H2 covering the pad material by the foaming treatment of a foamable raw material to produce a headrest, the inner wall surface of the cavity 4 of the mold 1 is divided into a plurality of regions so that the shapes of the respective regions are set so as to conform to the shape of a molded product and formed by the press plate 5 supported by coil springs 61 and constituted so as to be allowed to retreat against the energizing force of an energizing means by foaming pressure. The energizing means is formed by the coil springs 61 interposed between the inner wall surface of the cavity 4 and the back surface of the press plate 5.
