Abstract:

To provide a mold form structure with a simple configuration in which positioning and fixing operation of a tendon can be easily performed.

A mold form structure 1 to produce a PC member in which pre-stress is introduced by a pre-tension method at least includes: a bottom frame 2; and a pair of opposing side frames 3, 3 in which a tendon penetrates, wherein the side frame 3 is configured by butting end faces of two or more side frame components 30, 30 ...each other, a butting face of one side frame component 30 of the adjacent side frame components 30, 30 is formed flat, a recess groove 31 to insert the tendon is formed at a butting face of the other side frame component 30, and when the side frame components 30, 30 are butted at a state in which the tendon is inserted in the recess groove 31, the tendon contacts with a bottom of the recess groove 31 and one side frame component 30.
