Title:
MOLD FRAME FOR PATTERN FORMATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP01176474
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the attachment and detachment of a mold frame to and from a material to be coated, restore the deformed material to its original shape and enable its repetitive use by combining a sucker with a compressive vacuum adhesion function with shape memory resin.

CONSTITUTION: A mold frame 1 consisting of a shape memory resin with a function which enables restoration of shape by heating when said frame is deformed, is provided, and a sucker 6 with a smaller diameter than a mold frame consisting of laminated rubber mold frames 2 and compressive vacuum adhesion function is installed on the one side of a flat rubber plate. That is, a pattern is formed on a material to be coated more easily than with the conventional method by causing the material to adhere closely not using an adhesive or a viscosity improver and giving post-use shape restoration property. Also the mold frame can be used repeatedly.
