Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of molding an in-mold molding with the surface decorated with a hair-line pattern of a depth of 5 μm or greater.SOLUTION: Of the pair of molds (1, 2) constituting a mold for in-mold molding, the mold (1) on the side opposite to the side to be transferred with the design of an in-mold film (3), in the view from the in-mold molding (7), is divided into two or more molds (1a, 1b, 1c). In mold opening, the mold (1b) is extruded to the mold (2) so that the direction in which the in-mold molding (7) is released from a substrate sheet (21) of the in-mold film (3) is restricted to the direction in parallel with the hair-line groove (29) of the substrate sheet (21).
