Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a composite molded form having high strength and good appearance efficiently and inexpensively by one molding tool.
SOLUTION: A mold for injection molding is constituted of a fixed side 10 and a movable side 20. The fixed side 10 is provided with a first spool 12 for first resin, which is communicated with one end of a first cavity 11 through a first gate 13, and a second spool 14 of second resin, which is provided so as to be apart from the other end of the first cavity 11 and opened in a boundary surface 21 between the movable side 20. A slide piece 22, capable of being advanced or retreated in a direction orthogonal to the direction of mold opening, is provided in the boundary between the movable side 20 and the fixed side 10 while the slide piece 22 seals the other end of the first cavity 11 and the second spool 14 when the same is advanced but communicates a second cavity 24, communicated with the other end of the first cavity 11 and the second spool 14 respectively, with the second gate 23 in the mold mutually when the same is retreated.
