PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection molding with which a molded product can be smoothly released and which can be easily manufactured at a low cost, and a method for manufacturing a molded product by using the mold.
SOLUTION: This mold 1 for injection molding manufactures a molded product 2 with a body part 21 having a recessed part and a protrusion 22 having an undercut part 24. In addition, the mold 1 is structured of a first mold half 11 and a second mold half 12, and the first mold half 11 comprises a main mold block 13 forming a main cavity 31 with the second mold half 12, a tilted core 14 forming a subcavity 32 with the main mold block 13 and a plunger pin 15 which moves back and forth in the release direction. The tilted core 14 has a projecting part 141 and obliquely proceeds and recedes. Both plunger pin 15 and tilted core 14 begin proceeding forward almost simultaneously, then keep advancing almost at the same speed until the projecting part 141 is extracted from the undercut part 24 and after that, the plunger pin 15 further moves forward well ahead of the tilted core 14.
