Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance general purpose properties and stability by eliminating a necessity of a complicated gate regulation for consuming a time and a man- hour at a low mold cost and always assuring a filling balance without influence of a change of a resin viscosity or the like.
SOLUTION: A method for insert molding comprises the steps of respectively attaching opening/closing units 3a to branching runners 2a in the case of filling a material M from the runners 2a (branching material passages) disposed at a plurality of different positions in an insert molding cavity C, closing the units 3a before starting filling of the material M, injecting and filling the material L up to the units 3a, opening the units 3a when arriving at the preset open condition after starting the filling of the material L, and filling the material L in the cavity C.
