Abstract:
To provide means capable of effectively removing slag stuck to lead buttons, and means capable of easily obtaining lead buttons with a stable shape.SOLUTION: A mold 1 is used for creating a lead button A in a dry type assay method, and has molding parts 12 with a cuboid shape at the bottom parts of container parts 10 formed into a funnel shape. Further, a method for creating the lead buttons A uses the mold 1, in which the lead buttons A with a cuboid shape are cast at the molding parts 12. According to the inventions, the lead buttons A with a cuboid shape hard to be rolled can be easily created. In the lead buttons A, slag in the surfaces is satisfactorily removed, and the same can be suitably used as the elemental analysis of samples. Further, production efficiency such as the reduction of a work time and the reduction of a workload is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
