PURPOSE: To provide a mold manufacturing device automatically cutting and nailing a plywood, a vertical stiffener, and a horizontal stiffener based on the mold data, boring the fitting holes of a separator, and printing the layout number.
CONSTITUTION: Mold data are converted by a control device into machining data for machining the members constituting a mold, and a mold manufacturing device is controlled based on the machining data. A plywood 26 having a proper size is selected and conveyed to a cutting yard 58 by a plywood feeding device 10. The plywood 26 is cut into a preset shape here and conveyed to an assembling yard 64 by a plywood machining device 11. A vertical stiffener 72 is cut into a reset size, conveyed to the assembling yard 64, and arranged below the plywood 26 synchronously with it by a vertical stiffener feeding device 12. A horizontal stiffener 96 cut into a proper size is pressed tot he lower face of the plywood 26 from the below of the assembling yard 64 by a horizontal stiffener feeding device 16. The plywood 26 is fixed to the vertical stiffener 72 and the horizontal stiffener 96 by a nailing device 16, and the manufacture of a old 140 used at the preset portion is completed.
