PURPOSE: To contrive to produce the product excellent in property, taking out the product in flawless state exactly by taking out the plastic product molded in a cavity, from a bottom force, fitting the peripheral under surface of the product to the inner projection of the outer frame rising accompanied with a top force.

CONSTITUTION: In a cavity 7, reinforced plastic material is molded into a floor plate 20. After molding, when a top force is elevated, an outer frame 4 is elevated accompanied with the top force 2 by way of four suspension rods 11, and the peripheral under surface of the floor plate 20 is fitted to the inner projection 6 of the outer frame 4, whereby the floor plate 20 is taken out from a bottom force 3. Consequently, the plastic product 20 after molding, has perfectly no flaw caused by a knock out pin and the plastic product 20 excellent in quality may be obtained.
