Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding a sipe blade capable of reducing production cost by a simple structure, and a method for manufacturing the mold for molding the sipe blade having a complicated shape like a three-dimensional shape simply and efficiently using a casting manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: In the mold 10 for molding the sipe blade 4, a pair of respective partial molds 1 and 2 come into contact with a material 3 for the sipe blade 4 in order to apply a predetermined shape to the sipe blade 4, not only to provide the shape corresponding to the predetermined shape of the sipe blade 4 to portions 1a and 2a receiving the load due to molding pressure, but also to provide a first escape part 5 not substantially coming into contact with the sipe blade 4 after molding to portions 1b and 2b receiving no load, due to molding pressure without coming into contact with the material 3 for the sipe blade 4 and corresponding to the predetermined shape of the sipe blade 4.
