Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a mold and enhance mold release properties even when a heterogeneous base material such as sintered hard alloy is used.
CONSTITUTION: A mold for moldings has a center insert 10 and a gate insert 12 which are formed of another body. The mold for moldings is constituted so that a resin path such as a runner 18 for connecting a cavity 22 to a cull 16 and a gate 20 is split by the split face of the center insert and the gate insert in the midway position. This split face is exposed and formed in a different level-shape in the split position of the center insert 10 and the gate insert 12. The split face is provided obliquely for the mold release direction of cured resin.
