Title:
MOLD FOR OBTAINING CONTRAST BETWEEN LIGHT AND SHADE IN BURN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012081239
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a mold to be easily generated or a shaped mold since, when bread, etc., is toasted in a conventional manner to be uniformly toasted in most cases and a fixed mold is used when expressing a pattern, but a user gets tired of the same design and cannot change the pattern according to a mood in each case or it takes much time and labor in a method to arbitrarily design and process a base material.

A matter with patterns where piercing portions are added to a character, a numeral, a sign, an alphabet, a pattern, a picture, and a pictogram, etc., is printed on any heat reflection base material or heat-resistant base material such as an aluminum thin plate is cut or shaped so as to obtain a mold. By using the obtained molds, contrast between light and shade in burn is infinitely expressed by arranging the various molds being the patterns, frames after cutting out the patterns, or both of the patterns and frames at favorite positions for combination, thereby to perform heating. The molds also correspond to heating from side and lower parts by allowing the rear surfaces of the molds to have piercing devices in response to a matter or to be processed for temporary adhesion such as an adhesive.
