PURPOSE: To improve shape and quality of the products by vibrating a wax- pattern or executing the work under vacuum at the time of adhering a coating to the wax-pattern.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of sticking the coating by spreading, etc., to the wax-pattern or sticking the coating, the wax-pattern is kept under vacuum condition. As necessity requires, both the works are used together. By giving the vibration to the coating slurry, wettability and fluidity of the coating are improved. Further, by executing the work, such as the spreading, etc., for the coating under vacuum, covering of the coating is perfectly executed and by using together with the vibration process, the covering and defoaming actions are promoted. Therefore, in this way, development of the product defect is improved, and the shape and quality are improved.
