PURPOSE: To provide a mold for press molding used in a stamping molding method and suitable for both of the press molding of a laminate wherein a skin material is bonded to the surface of a resin core material and the press molding of a resin core material.

CONSTITUTION: A floating core 60 preventing the outflow of a molten resin is arranged along the outer peripheral edge of a lower mold 30 for press molding in an upwardly energizing state and the mold surface of an upper mold 40 for press molding and the upper end surface 60a of the floating core 60 are brought to a contact state along with the falling operation of the upper mold 40 to make the floating core 60 movable up and down so as to perform falling operation along with the upper mold 40.
