Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently produce a mold used for making a fibrous material mold by the utilization of a lamination molding method.
CONSTITUTION: A fibrous material mold, e.g. a porous structure mold 21 for molding pulp, is formed by a lamination molding method (a method for forming a molded product having a three-dimensional shape by subjecting a lamination material to a prescribed treatment, including a photocurable resin method). The defective parts of the material are formed in the respective layers of the lamination material, and these layers are successively laminated to form many suction holes 21a, 21a,... as the defective parts in the mold 21.
