Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture an ornament having no defects such as scars and biting of chips and foreign matters by punching and marking it in the same die. CONSTITUTION: A lower die 2 is lowered along a marking/punching lower die 8, the upper end of the marking punching lower die 8 is protruded from the upper end face of the lower die 2, and a K24 band material 20 is punched by its upper end peripheral edge 8a and the cutting blade of the opening edge 17a of the through hole l7 of an upper die 1. The upper face and lower face of a punched piece are marked by a marking 6 on the lower end face of a marking upper die 5 and a marking 19 on the upper end face of the marking/ punching lower die 8 at the bottom dead point of the upper die 1, i.e., the position where the lower die 2 is lowered and stopped to hit the upper face of the lower section of the marking/punching lower die 8, to manufacture a coin bar 21. The upper die 1 is lifted while holding the coin bar 21, the product discharge chute 10 of a link mechanism is lifted interlockingly with the rise of the upper die 1, a knockout pin 7 is operated, and the coin bar 21 is released from the through hole 17 of the upper die 1 and dropped into the receiving port 10a of the product discharge chute 10.
