Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a hose and a cable by guiding a first hose bare in such a state that a part of first and second passage systems becomes freely movable and bendable so as to permit a mold between preparation and replacement positions to move and guiding a second hose bare so that the fluid passage hose and electric signal cable common to both systems become freely movable and bendable so as to permit the mold to move the replacement position and a set position.
SOLUTION: When a mold 2 is transferred between a preparation position and a replacement position, a transfer truck 21 is moved left and right but the hoses 69, 87 of the first and second passage systems 24, 25 extending from a temp. control unit 23 to the relay block 77 of the transfer truck 21 can be regularly arranged by a first hose bare 26. When the mold 2 is transferred from the replacement position to a set position, the mold 2 and a movable plate 35 are integrally moved and driven in a feed-out direction with respect to the transfer truck 21 by a mold transfer mechanism and the hoses 70, 88 of the first and second passage systems 24, 25 extending from the transfer truck 21 to relay blocks 71, 89 can be regularly arranged by second hose bares 27, 28.
