PURPOSE: To mold a resin molded article with an insert with good productivity by preventing surely a resin raw material from penetrating into a screw part for screw-fitting of an insert set pin with an insert to make burrs.

CONSTITUTION: A pouring hole 11 opening on the outer peripheral face and a set pin fitting hole 12 continuously provided to a pouring hole 11 are provided on a resin-made insert 1. A metal-made insert set pin 2 is removably screw-fitted into a fitting hole 12 of the insert 1 and has a feeding hole 21 communicating with a pouring hole 11. The insert l is screw-fitted into the insert set pin 2 in such a way that a part of the inner peripheral face of the pouring hole 11 is pressed down by a part of the outer peripheral face of the insert set pin 2. As cutting burrs can be performed surely by this pressed-down part, it can be prevented surely from occurring that a resin raw material penetrates into a screw part for screw-fitting the insert set pin 2 with the insert 1 to make burrs.
