Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for stretch blow molding used in the temperature regulation process of a stretch blow molding machine due to a hot parison method and expanding the range of the molding temperature condition used in the temperature regulation process.
SOLUTION: In the mold (10) for stretch blow molding used in the temperature regulation process of the stretch blow molding machine due to the hot parison method, the contact surface with a preform (12) of the temperature regulation rod (11) in the mold is roughened to a degree of #300-#550. As a surface roughening means, a method using a microblast machine for blowing a powder of an ore or the like against the surface of the temperature regulation rod is generally adapted.
