PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form structure for easily constructing a structure.SOLUTION: A form structure 10 is used for a place of projecting a reinforcement 3 of a sidewall in the substantially horizontal direction from the sidewall when placing concrete of the sidewall by executing bar arrangement in a form 9. The form structure 10 is constituted of an elastic form 7, a bolt 15 and a nut 17. The elastic form 7 is provided with a substantially semicircular cutout part in a substantially rectangular rubber plate material, and when vertically combining two elastic forms 7, a reinforcement insertion hole 75 for inserting a reinforcement can be formed by the cutout part of both elastic forms 7. The reinforcement insertion hole 75 is a substantially circular shape, and its diameter is smaller than a diameter of the reinforcement 3, but mutual upper-lower forms 9 of sandwiching the elastic form 7 are fastened by using the bolt 15 and the nut 17, and thereby, the elastic form 7 is pressurized and compressed to the reinforcement 3 side, and becomes the reinforcement insertion hole 75 of a size fitted to the reinforcement 3 by deforming the cutout part, and the elastic form 7 and the reinforcement 3 are brought into close contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
