CONSTITUTION: In the vibrating device to vibrate a mold 1 by an electro- hydraulic servo cylinder 5 through a link mechanism 3, when a drive signal is outputted to the servo cylinder 5, on the objective wave signal of the mold 1, by adding the compensating signal to cancel an operation delay of the servo cylinder 5 and an motion transmission delay due to an elastic deformation of the link mechanism 3, etc., feed forward control is executed. Also, when an actual position of the mold 1 is feeded back, by taking into account the compensating signal from a filter circuit 51 to cancel a resonance frequency, a control parameter of the filter circuit 51 is corrected in real time.
