Abstract:
To provide a die in which a proper blanking clearance is secured between an upper blade and a lower blade at low costs.SOLUTION: A first die 1 has a punch 100, formed with an upper blade 111, in an upper die 10 and has a die 150, formed with a lower blade 161, in a lower die 30. The punch 100 includes guided part 120 formed integrally with the upper blade 111. The die 150 includes guide parts 170, 270, 370, 470 formed integrally with the lower blade 161. The guide part 170 slidably contacts with the guided part 120 in prior to cutting of a workpiece 10 to restrict movement of the guided part 120 in all directions intersecting with a press direction. A slide contact clearance C2 is formed smaller than a blanking clearance C1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
